General Information
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via SingPost. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
77th Street.com will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and 77th Street.com shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Force Majeure
77thStreet.com shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
We will obviously only accept products purchased by you from our online shop, www.77thstreet.com.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
As part of our customer satisfaction guarantee, you can return a product to us for a refund within *14 days of receipt bought from our website. The item must be return is pristine condition and un-used. However please note that items for piercings (e.g. ears or nose) are not returnable for health and safety reasons.
For customers in Singapore, you may find it more easier to return to one of our many outlets where you will be able to exchange or ask for a full refund (minus postage and packing costs).
Please note: we are only able to make a refund to the PayPal account used at the time of purchase. This may take more than a week for it show on your statement. Due to foreign currency fluctuation, the amount you receive may be slightly different, this is out of our control.
For exchanges, we can only make partial refunds for under-spend with a minimum of SD$5.
If you send any items back to us by post, we recommend you get insurance or tracking should it go missing in transit as we cannot be held liable.
Defective Items
We warrantee our products for *3 months receipt. This is only for manufacture defects, not wear and tear. A replacement product will be sent.
Items Wrongly Sent
Please email us immediately and send the item back to us within *7 days of receipt, we reimburse your postage charge for this and resend the original item ordered (with our apologies). You will be offered a refund if you wish.
Item Not Received
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item after postal delivery period (please see postal delivery time schedule) please get in contact and we will investigate and make remedial action accordingly.
*We consider you having received the item according to when the item was signed for as identified in the postal tracking system.
Cancellation of Orders You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by sending an email to customer.service@77thstreet.com.
