Well, try doing things different in the way that you know the guy doesn't like... Avoiding places where you've been together...in order not to stir up those bad memories again. Good luck!

Do something that's healthier than being around the guy. e.g. Going out with your girlfriends, Chatting with friends, Bonding time with friends and families etc Just do something that can make you forget him totally, or temporarily if you want. And yeah, don't go to places where the memories are. Just relax and calm down. You'll get over it! So JIA YOU!!
