As such, we do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, integrity or quality of any message, and thus is not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of 77 th Street. Understanding that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable, is encouraged to contact us immediately via email as we have the ability to remove objectionable messages & we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

Member Conduct
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant to 77 th Street.com that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

Signature / Avatar
In order to ensure the site is pleasing to the eyes, the following would be the standard format for Avatars and Signatures for all members.

1. Avatar size is limited 80x64 pixels.

2. Links in the signature to - personal blogs, images and/or personal websites outside this portal. Links to commercial entities, external auctions and the like are subjected to approval by the administrator as such the right is given to remove undesired links to external entities.

3. Images of the avatar & text in signature should be tastefully done. Pornography, abusive text or the like are highly prohibited.

4. Signature should not exceed more the 500 characters.

This Website contains forums. You agree to use the forums only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular forum. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a forum, you will not:

[H] Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.

[I] Download any file posted by another user of a forum that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

[J] Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

[K] Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the forums.

[L] Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals. This may include, but is not limited to, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons, and creating "Crush" sites.

[M] "Stalk" or otherwise harass another.

[N] Collect or store personal data about other users.

Spamming
No "spamming", in the form of similar threads/posts/PM in the same or different forums, unless approved by the 77 TH Street.com Administration, is allowed anywhere in this website. The 77 th Street.com Administration reserves the right to delete any of such threads/posts, and terminate the accounts of any offenders.

Advertising/Solicitation
No advertisment and/or solicitation for business are allowed anywhere in this Website without the prior permission of the 77 th Street.com Administration. Solicitation includes, but is not limited to, the posting of addresses, personal messages (PM), phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and/or one's own website address, if that site has a substantial commercial element to it. This includes the posting of releases/shipping lists received from individual shops, even within the Classifieds section. The 77 th Street.com Administration reserves the right to delete any of such threads/posts, and terminate the accounts of any offenders.

Trading
All sales are to be conducted within the Classifieds Section. As 77 th Street.com will not be liable or responsible for deals arising in external websites, direct links to other sites (e.g. sales thread on another website), with the exception of auctions, are not allowed in the Classifieds. No sale by any business entity is allowed without the prior permission of the 77 th Street.com Administration. Under no circumstance is selling on the behalf of another person or business allowed. In addition, selling of any item that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party is not allowed. Examples are unofficial, pirated, and self-burned video games, PC software, VCDs and DVDs. The 77 th Street.com Administration reserves the right to delete any of such threads/posts, and terminate the accounts of any offenders. No pre-orders of any kind, unless approved by the 77 th Street.com Administration, is allowed anywhere in this website.

Violations on the Terms of Usage
(1) First offence (warning)
(2) Second offence he/she would be warned again and given a 1week post moderation
(3) If the same member spams a third time, he/she would be given a 2weeks post moderation and the offense recorded.
(4) Any continual violation of the Rules in the TERMS OF USE would result in a permanent ban from the community & blacklisted indefinately or until further notice.

77 th Street.com will not be responsible for any loss/mishaps incurred through your trading activities (including sales and purchases) conducted within/through the website. By trading in this webportal, you agree that you will accept all risks and take full responsibility for the result(s) of the trade/deal and 77 th Street will not be liable under any circumstances.

If you encounter problems during any trading activity, including the buying or selling of merchandise, please settle it outside the domain and forums of the board. 77 th Street.com gives you the option to contact its Administrators for their help to settle your case, on a case-by-case basis. You may make use of this option bearing in mind that 77 th Street.com Administration has the right not to bear any responsibility for the results as laid out in this disclaimer.

No threads or posts bashing/flaming posters are allowed under any circumstances. If there is evidence that the seller/buyer involved with you has intentionally acted with bad conduct, please report your case to 77 th Street.com Administration. Assuming there is sufficient material to support your case, we can post an announcement, explanation or appropriate statement on the entire board to shed light on it.
